Cancellation Policy
We value your time and the time of our technicians. With this, we charge a 45% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, unless an emergency arises or you have contacted your technician or the salon.
Two or more cancellations or no-shows will result in requiring a deposit of half of the requested service. Three cancellations or no-shows will result in a ban from booking with our salon.
All appointments have a 10 minute grace period. If you are not here within those 10 minutes and have not contacted your technician or the salon, WE WILL CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT and you will be charged the cancellation fee.
